Parking fines or retributions are subject to local legislation and must be paid by the driver. To avoid extra costs, we recommend that you pay this within the payment term.
If Autoverhuur Meerschaert receives the parking fine or retributions , this will be paid by Autoverhuur Meerschaert and this amount will be transferred and charged to the customer, added by an administrative cost of €15 excl. VAT.
If you do not agree with the parking fine, you can always submit a notice of objection to the relevant municipality. Please always inform Autoverhuur Meerschaert about this.
